Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • An incorrect item has been delivered

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Have all tags attached
  • Include original packaging

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be approved if eligible
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited through the original payment method whenever possible

Non-Refundable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Washed products
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Size issues due to incorrect customer selection

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
